Exodus is back with a vengeance in its newest vintage. This time, the 100% Blaufränkisch (also known as Lemberger) wine was fermented on skins for 15 days, then aged in barrels one year before selecting our favorite blend for an easy-drinking table wine.
Exodus is produced in partnership with Bin 707 Foodbar under the High Desert Wine Lab label, and is the house red wine for Bin707 and Taco Party.

Tasting Notes
Medium-bodied dry red with soft tannins and a lingering acidity. On the nose, tart cherry, raspberry, and a hint of red licorice. Smooth body, bursting with raspberry, juicy cherry, & a touch of pepper.
