Cougar Run Merlot

Our Cougar Run Merlot is a dry medium-bodied red wine, full-flavored Merlot with overtones of berries, chocolate, vanilla and spice. Crafted from 100% Colorado-grown grapes carefully tended by our neighbors here in Palisade and western Colorado.

GREAT with roast pork loin, beef and lamb stews, French onion soup, and aged cheddar.

Named after the powerful, supple, wild and handsome Cougars who we admire and share our vineyard with.
